How we work
Our expertise begins right at the start, with researching and identifying global property hotspots, areas rich in potential and opportunities for growth which will add maximum value to our clients and investors backing the projects. Mayfair Developments board of directors consist of two British property developers backed by a wealthy investor group with many years experience of carefully selecting prime emerging opportunities at their embryonic stages to be promoted through the group’s vast network of global property agents.

Our uniquely integrated structure allows us to act quickly, from first locating the land, to purchasing it, undertaking all the planning and approval applications ourselves, right through to construction and completion of each development. Additionally, we carefully select established, local developers with excellent knowledge of their home markets to work with ensuring that prime land is secured and quality building materials are always used in the construction of our signature developments.

We do not make promises that we cannot deliver on, nor do we give you unrealistic growth projections. At the end of the day, we would much rather under-promise and over-deliver.
